Transaction Agreement Policy
Should a sales agreement between you and NameRebel.com be reached on one or more of our listed domains you herby agree to be bound by our Transaction Agreement Policy.
1: When sales agreement is reached
You will pay in full the purchase amount agreed upon by you and NameRebel within a reasonable ammount of time, which will usually be agreed upon by NameRebel.com and you.
You agree that you will respond to emails from NameRebel regarding any sales in a timely manner (within 48-72 hours), you agree that if you fail to respond within a timely manner (unless otherwise notified) NameRebel may at any time hereafter cancel any pending sales or transactions with you.
You agree that NameRebel.com will only be obliged to push or transfer the domain(s) to you once you have made the payment in full to us, however in exceptional cases where buyers file disputes or initiate chargeback's or pays from a stolen paypal account or where we suspect an otherwise fraudulent transaction NameRebel.com WILL NOT be obliged to push or transfer any domains to you. NameRebel operates a ZERO tolerance policy towards fraud and scams and reserves the right to contact the appropriate law enforcement agencies should any client attempt to defraud or scam NameRebel.
All transactions paid via Paypal will be checked before hand and you agree that any purchased names may be withheld by us for up to 24 hours after payment is received to ensure there are no issues with the transaction unless transaction is via Sedo.com in which case paragraphs 2 and 4 will not apply. If we decide to withhold any domains you will be notified.
2: During negotiations.
You will provide accurate, complete and truthful information about yourself should any be requested.
You may at any time withdraw from negotiations until such time as a sales agreement is reached between you and NameRebel however if you withdraw from negotiations we reserve the right to withdraw any special offers, change the price of the domain(s) or withdraw the domain(s) for sale completely.
3: After sale is completed.
Any purchases made must be made solely at your own risk, you agree that NameRebel cannot and will not be held liable for any losses made by you as a result of your purchase(s) and you also agree that NameRebel cannot and will not be held liable for any legal action taken against you as a direct or indirect result of your purchase(s).
NameRebel does however perform TM checks before purchasing any name listed in our portfolio but we cannot guarantee that no legal action will be taken by any 3rd parties against you as a result of purchasing any of our domains. Even if you register a new domain at a registrar, or buy it from a 3rd party individual there may always be a certain degree of risk involved when registering or purchasing a domain, from NameRebel or otherwise.
You agree that all sales are final and no refunds (in full or partial) can be made or requested once the payment is made so please be sure that you really want the domain(s) before any purchase agreement is made.
